Koukla, Greek for “doll”, was what my father called me when I was a little girl.

I loved my father’s cooking and whenever I asked him what his secret was, he would smile and reply: “I made it with love Koukla!” Inspired by my father, Koukla delights are made with love, using only the best ingredients. They are packed with organic ingredients and sweetened only with organic maple syrup. Our products are gently dehydrated so all essential vitamins and enzymes are preserved, making them a wholesome and delicious snack. Enjoy!

Koukla Delights are nutritious and delicious organic cookies. Our snacks are organic, gluten-free, vegan, paleo, non-GMO and kosher. All of our bites are sweetened exclusively with organic maple syrup and are dairy-free, soy-free and agave-free. Koukla Delights are also free of all preservatives, refined sugar and contain no trans fats.

Koukla’s eight flavours are: peanut butter bites, peanut butter bites with dark chocolate chips, cookie dough macaroons, vanilla coconut bites, cacao coconut bites, matcha coconut bites, matcha cacao nib bites and cranberry maple superbites. We use only the best organic ingredients such as coconut flakes, almonds, coconut oil, cacao powder, vegan dark chocolate chips, peanut powder, organic maple syrup, matcha green tea, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, dates and Himalayan salt.

Koukla Delights are available in large format and “grab and go” size.

OUR NATURAL INGREDIENTS

VEGAN DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Vegan dark chocolate chips are rich in vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, copper and iron. These vitamins and minerals can protect from high blood pressure and help prevent against strokes and anemia. Dark chocolate chips have a low glycemic index, which means they won’t cause a spike in blood sugar. They are a delicious, dairy free snack!

PARTIALLY DEFATTED PEANUTS

Partially defatted peanuts are high in protein and low in fat! They are low in carbohydrates, keto friendly and a good source of fiber and several B vitamins.

ORGANIC ALMONDS

Almonds have the highest vitamin E content of any nut!
Almonds have more iron and 4.5 times more calcium than peanuts. They are almost 20% protein. Almonds are a good source of fiber, magnesium, manganese, copper & vitamin B2.

ORGANIC COCONUT

Coconut is an excellent source of energy, fiber, lauric acid, vitamins and minerals. Coconuts are also free of trans fats and are not hydrogenated.

ORGANIC MAPLE SYRUP

Maple syrup has been found to have up to 20 antioxidants, including compounds which are reported to have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-diabetic properties. Maple syrup is an excellent source of manganese, zinc, iron, calcium and potassium.

HIMALAYAN SALT

Himalayan salt is free of environmental pollutants and has more than 80 mineral and trace elements. It Increases hydration, prevents muscle cramping and balances pH.

MATCHA TEA POWDER

Matcha tea is packed with antioxidants and catechins and is also rich in chlorophyll, vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium.It boosts metabolism, detoxifies effectively and naturally.
Matcha tea also calms the mind and relaxes the body.

ORGANIC CACAO POWDER

Cranberries are one of the highest sources of antioxidants of any fruit. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and potassium.

Dates are rich in fiber, vitamin A, antioxidants and minerals. Dates are loaded with potassium, and yet contain little sodium, and that goes a long way in keeping your nervous system in order. They contain vitamins C and D which are both important for your skin's elasticity.

ORGANIC PUMPKIN SEEDS

Pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are an excellent source of zinc, magnesium, manganese and iron. They are the most alkaline-forming seed.

ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Sunflower seeds have a full spectrum of essential amino acids and are an exceptional source of vitamin E.

ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT

Vanilla beans contain the B complex group of vitamins and contain small traces of minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron and zinc).

SPIRULINA

Spirulina is 60% protein, contains all of the essential amino acids and is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
